Return Policy
- Purchased items cannot be returned if they have been worn or have been damaged in any way by the customer.
- If you need to return or exchange your purchase you have 15 days from the date of purchase.
- With your mailed in return please include your receipt, a note describing why you're returning your product, your contact information (full name, address, phone number and email address), and what exchange you would like to make.
- Before you send in your exchange request please check out online store to make sure the size / product is in stock.
In addition please use our Contact form to notify us that you're sending in your exchange request so we can hold your shirt size. - Your returned item(s) may only be exchanged for credit towards another Awaken Clothing purchase.
- A $5.00 exchange fee will be required upon mailing in your return form to cover re-packaging and shipment fees. International fees will be charged $8.00 (prices based on 1 item)
If you are not completely happy with your purchase or sizing of your shirt and opt to get another one in exchange, contact us to get our returns form.
