What brand of products do you print on?
We print on American Apparel, which is the highest quality, most comfortable, longest lasting and best fitting brand in indie merchandising!

What is the sizing of the shirts that Awaken Clothing uses?


How long does it take for orders to get here?
We ship orders out within 1-3 business days of your placed order. After we ship our orders allow 5-10 days for the USPS to deliver your order.
* For pre-orders / back-orders we have to wait until the items are in stock, then they go out the same day as we get them, or the very next morning. Product pages WILL be updated with a note saying if our products are on pre-order / back-order.
* Please allow 1-2 weeks for international shipping.

Do you have international shipping options?
Yes we ship worldwide. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Will your shirts shrink in the wash?
We recommend to wash them in cold water, and hang dry. This is the best way to keep the fabric colors as vibrant wash after wash. We have also experienced some shrinkage with certain fabric blends if washed any other way.

Will the inks on your shirts fade and crack in the wash?
Nope. They will only get softer!

Can i change my order after it has been placed?
If you have accidentally placed the wrong order email us immediately so we can catch it before we ship out the products. Please refer to the returns page for more info concerning this matter.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept paypal through our online store. It is the safest way for you to shop online, and the quickest way for us to receive your payment so we can ship your products out.


How secure is your store?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

I dont have paypal, can i still buy?
Absolutely, there are 2 different options that we offer for this:

• You can order through paypal even if you do not have to have a paypal account, just use your Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express. Following these instructions to do so:


• When the 'paypal login' page comes up after you've clicked "proceed to checkout" it will give you an option that says "dont have a paypal account?" Click this link, and follow the on-screen instructions.


• We also accept local cash / check.


• And for non-locals we accept money order or certified checks. Please contact us to receive our mail-in order form.

Does Awaken offer design services for bands, companies, or even a personal project?
Absolutely! Check out Awaken Design Company for any needs that you have.

Can you endorse or sponsor my band, me, etc?
We do not typically offer sponsorships or endorsements out when people inquire for them. We do however arrange cross promotion methods with certain bands / artists. If you're interested please feel free to get in contact with us.
